Most dentists from outside the EU and UK sit the Dental Council Examination for Dentists and need an Irish employment permit. A few qualifications — such as Canada (after 5 December 2012) and New Zealand (after 19 October 2022) — register through mutual recognition, with no exam. We coordinate the entire journey with you.
